About Me

I’m Samantha Baker, a fitness coach and twin mom who knows firsthand what it takes to transform your body and mindset. Growing up, I had unhealthy eating habits, zero fitness knowledge, and no guidance—so I had to figure it all out on my own. Through years of research, trial and error, and real-life experience, I’ve learned how to build muscle, shred fat, and maintain a strong, healthy body.
My journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced major setbacks, including the fitness challenges of a twin pregnancy, overcoming an eating disorder that lasted four years, and pushing through high-stress periods in life. But I never gave up, because fitness isn’t just about looking good—it’s about strength, longevity, and performance. I prioritize my health every day, from the food I fuel my body with to the time I dedicate to training. Staying strong means keeping up with my kids, feeling confident in my skin, and living life at my best.
After years of people coming to me for advice, I became a certified coach to help others break through their struggles, improve their health, and build the body they’ve always wanted. My mission is to push you past your limits, increase your confidence, and get you real results.
